DELIVERY
GENERAL INFORMATION
- We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day if your order is placed before 1pm (BST) Mon - Fri. Orders placed after this period will be dispatched on the next working day.
- Working days are Monday to Friday. Public holidays and any unforeseeable delays on the courier's end (strikes, weather, volume, traffic, etc) will not count as a working day.
- During peak times (public holidays, promotions, Black Friday & Christmas) orders may take slightly longer to reach you than the listed time frames.
- Indicated shipping time frame is an approximate number of working days an order takes to deliver from the dispatch date, it is not a date guaranteed service unless specified.
- Some orders may require a signature.
- Some orders may be shipped via different couriers, ensuring a more reliable and faster delivery service.
- We do not take responsibility for orders left outside the address when the customer is not in to receive the parcel or when a customer has indicated a safe place for the parcel to be left.
- All orders with multiple items will be packaged in the same box unless separate boxes are requested on the cart page.

Next Day delivery orders need to be placed by 1pm (BST) Mon - Fri. Orders placed after this period will be dispatched on the next working day. Please note during peak periods we are not able to guarantee Next Day delivery.

There will be no additional costs (import duties and tax charges) upon delivery for customers from the countries listed above. If you have been requested to pay additional costs by mistake, please do not reject the parcel but contact us with the request details and we will assist you further.

Rest of the World
All other international orders other than the countries listed above will be subject to import duties and tax charges upon delivery, payable by the customer. We cannot advise on these charges as customs vary from country to country. Should you choose to refuse the parcel to avoid duties and taxes, you will receive a partial refund excluding initial shipping fees and duties and taxes (if applicable).
